A former Deputy Head Teacher turned Personal Trainer, CrossFit L1 Coach and CrossFit Teens Specialist, Sharon currently runs our Teens Class on Friday's at 4.00pm.

We will be looking to enhance this with a broader range of ages utilising all our qualified Coaches.
